Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, promotion of 2019 and a master’s degree graduate in “Public Administration” at the FSPAC Babeș-Bolyai University, promotion of 2021.
She passed the bar exam in September 2019 and has been a part of Miron S.C.P.A. team in 2023, providing legal advice and providing representation / assistance to clients in the following areas: civil law, criminal law, contraventional law and banking law.
Mălina is an empathetic and open minded person, implicated in the legal situation of the clients and she is meticulous in her legal research.
The experience in the banking field is useful in her interaction with clients, both from a professional and human point of view.
